Świętowianki is a contemporary festival of the city, river, and community, inspired by the tradition of Sobótka. On the third weekend of June, residents of Poznań's neighborhoods, craftspeople, artists, water enthusiasts, and community activists will gather along the Warta River, co-creating an event based on local identity, relationships with the river, and the idea of ​​collective action.
The event program revolves around the theme of the four elements, which define the character of individual zones and activities. Earth leads through craft workshops, local products, and regional cuisine. The air is filled with concerts, theater, song, and dance. Fire becomes the setting for evening light and sound shows, and Water-the heart of the event-leads participants through a parade along the Warta River, under banners prepared by residents of Poznań's neighborhoods.
