For the fourteenth year running, the Enter Enea Festival is gearing up to hit the shores of Lake Strzeszyńskie. This year's line-up promises to be nothing short of captivating!

This festival stands out clearly from among other events held in the Poznań area. Its unique character and atmosphere are woven from the idyllic setting near the lake, amidst the forest, surrounded by lush greenery, and the peaceful suburban vibe of Strzeszynek. Yet, it's not just about the surroundings; artistic impressions are just as crucial. Enter Festival transcends genre boundaries but has undeniably developed its own unique aesthetic that harmonizes seamlessly with its environment.

Mark your calendars, as always, for Sunday, 26 May, to Wednesday, 29 May, just before Corpus Christi. 14^th Enter Enea Festival will kick off on Sunday, featuring openings at the nearby ABC Gallery and Poznań Visual Park, followed by performances from the renowned Shata QS joining Leszek Możdżer.

On Monday night, get ready for Gard Nilssen's Supersonic Orchestra, a fantastic, dynamic, and unconventional Scandinavian big band. Also hitting the stage is the esteemed Colombian pianist Jesus Molina, known for his award-winning talents. And let's not forget about Natalie Tenenbaum, a phenomenal pianist who has collaborated with some of the best on the artistic scene. She will be joined by none other than Możdżer himself.

Tuesday night's main event features the powerhouse trio Patitucci, Calderazzo, and Weckl. These three instrumentalists have carved their own paths in the music world and collaborate with legends. Drummer Dave Weckl and bassist John Patitucci, for instance, were long-time members of the Chick Corea's electric and acoustic bands. Patitucci was also part of Wayne Shorter's quartet for two decades. Pianist Joey Calderazzo boasts an impressive resume too, having played alongside the likes of Michael Brecker and Branford Marsalis. Also gracing the stage that day is the accoladed harpist Brandee Younger. The Polish scene will be represented by the crowd favourite, critically acclaimed Atom String Quartet, again featuring Leszek Możdżer.

Speaking of Możdżer, he has shared the stage with Wojciech Waglewski numerous times, from duets to guest appearances with Dave Douglas in Milo Kurtis' band. To wrap up the festival, Możdżer will join forces with Waglewski's band Voo Voo, promising an electrifying performance. Earlier in the day, don't miss the Grammy-winning Malaysia-born Australian guitarist and bassist Linda May Han Oh, who is also highly acclaimed and accoladed. Joining her will be the drummer and rapper Kassa Overall, known for blending jazz with hip-hop. Enter is certainly shaping up to be one incredible festival!
