Description
The Nostalgia Festival is an innovative music project. Its main goal is to familiarise Polish audiences with the contemporary community of sensitive artists, most of them associated with the ECM Records label.
The music they create goes back to their ethnic roots (Armenian, Estonian, Ukrainian, Russian and others), combined seamlessly with contemporary themes to create a new world class. Nostalgia's music is born of longing and has a profound captivating quality. It is true art: sophisticated but not limited to connoisseur audiences.
It symbolically marries multiple traditions finding unique ways to deepen ties and comprehend the differences that characterise today's world.
